take about 8 acre unmaintained park in chevy chase between 29-31st off Military and repurpose. Do this in conjunction with small area plan.

Develop an app that helps notify people of the congestion they can expect at their local center, pool, park, etc. and allow them to make reservations.

Dog parks and community activities
Would love to see a dog park (or multiple) east of the river. Would also be enjoyable to have summer movies in a park, food truck/local restaurant spotlights at park events, or other family-oriented events in ward 7/8 park spaces.
