Black people with large dogs are not a threat

I have stopped going to the dog parks in DC because they people are not very inclusive. Now, even though my city has 14 dog parks, I have to drive all the way to Virginia to give my dog a place to play off leash. I only go to DC Dog parks when one of my white friends can join me. The city should be ashamed of itself for not having dog parks in the communities across the Anacostia River. (This obviously does not apply to every white person at a dog park, but everyone should be more welcoming)
