Adapted Bike Riding

I have a disability that impacts my ability to learn to balance on a 2-wheel bicycle. So, I have a 3-wheel adapted tricycle. I love riding my bike. I would like to ride my bike with my dad but he has to stand next to me when I ride my bike on the sidewalk and street because of the traffic.

My mom and dad try to find safe places for me to ride my bike. But, the bike lanes on the street are too narrow and require a level of alertness that my parents can't safely help me navigate. So, in Ward 4, I ride my bike in the Rock Creek Park tennis courts' parking lot. Although, in the parking lot, sometimes there are a lot of cars that drive very fast so my dad still has to stand near me to help me avoid moving cars. I would like to have a safe, closed street or extra wide bike path to ride my adapted bike. It's hard for me to go up and down steep hills safely, so a flat surface would be better for me. Is there a space for me to ride my bike in Ward 4?
