DC Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (DC SCORP 2020) will be the first product delivered as part of our larger Master Planning process. Focused on outdoor recreation, the DC SCORP 2020 is intended to look at the needs and desires of outdoor recreation throughout the District integrating District-owned park space, National Parks, and any additional lands where your outdoor recreational needs may be met. The SCORP helps determine how DC will allocate grant funds received from the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) program. To learn more about the SCORP and the LWCF program, visit our DC SCORP page.

Below are a series of activities that we will be using to help inform our draft SCORP document, which will be posted publicly in early August. If you have any additional questions/comments and don't see a way to address them here, feel free to email ready2play@dc.gov.
